Well Built Patio Furniture

This is a beautiful set! I looked at several local stores and they were either overpriced or seemed cheaply made. The Bradenton set far exceeds my expectations especially for the price. The seats are well-made, very study, with the weave tight. The cushions are fine, the covers aren't quite as vibrant as the pictures but they are nice. The fire pit had some assembly that wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be, the frame wasn't lining up with the holes but I eventually got them to align. There was a foot missing to level the fire pit which I didn't notice until I was done. Getting a replacement part was more of a hassle than it should have been. Overall though I believe this was worth the price and time invested assembling, I would recommend this set.

Great Product, Poor Shipping Communication

The Product was as described online, installation took about 1-1/2 hours, the installation wasn't complicated. The quality of the chairs and cushions are excellent, the fire pit quality is good with the exception of the glass beads that seem to be melting together and then splitting apart, the heat also seams to take the gloss finish from the beads. The shipping for the chairs and cushion covers was as expected, however the shipper originally sent the fire pit to the wrong location, a second firepit had to be shipped, it took almost a month to receive the fire pit and shipping updates for each of the 3 shipments was weak to non existent. My experience with Customer Service was excellent and they were responsive and professional. My rating of 3 is based upon the shipping fiasco (left many details out) and the pour quality of glass beads, otherwise I'm very satisfied.
