Beautiful design and great idea to resurface the orignal molded chair with natural weave. Except that the weave is just not only straight wicker but mix materials that are not weather resistant. THESE CHAIRS ARE NOT MADE TO STAY OR BE OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS IS NOT AN OUTDOOR PIECE OF FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Within the first week the chair started to get damage. I emailed Wayfair and the answer was: We are sorry but in the maintenance detail section of the item it is stipulated that the chair needs to be brought back inside after an outdoor usage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this a joke???? How come Wayfair allows an item to have such a misleading description? A conversation with the seller needs take place before purchasing anything from this platform. Since I am an industry professional and a platinum customer, Wayfair extended a 20% refund on the 30 chairs/$20,000 I purchased.

HORRIBLE!!!

Don’t buy these chairs. They weigh almost 50 pounds. Who wants to push and pull in and out a dining room chair that weighs 50 pounds? And also don’t buy from Artesanos. Absolutely horrible customer service. I received a table (also made by Four Hands) that was scuffed, I notified Artesanos and not a word back from them. Even the delivery person saw the scuffs and told me he would report it. I originally declined the delivery because it was the wrong color! I actually believe they get all the returned forehand furniture that’s damaged and unfortunately that’s what I purchased. Chairs that I can’t move and a table that is scuffed. Almost $4000 wasted.

These are nowhere near the color in the photos and they feel like they weigh 250 pounds. You better be very strong if you want to move these chairs.
