This rug has beautiful colors. I love that it's not too bright and the perfect color. The thickness is just right, so I think it can be used in the living room, office, etc. Thank you for providing a good product.

Cream background is a little boring.

The rug states that it’s a vintage look rug. I guess I am not a fan of the worn look in person. I’m using it in front of my bathroom vanity. The colors are ok, and true to the photos,I have the cream background.It’s just not my favorite Safevieh rug that I own. It didn’t want to lay flat on arrival, I put another rug over the top of it for a few days and it flattened right out. I got the 3x5 so this was easy. I’ve never had a Safevieh rug that didn’t lay flat nicely after a short time. I think I have about 6 of them in my house now. It is quite a flat profile rug, be aware. However that’s what I like to minimize tripping risk.

Nice traditional design, and lovely coloring overall. Colors are true to picture, except that they are more intense in actuality. Quite variegated, & in addition to teal & orange, there is: yellow, reddish-orange/rust, light & dark green, pink & fuchsia, ... Rug is not very thick and needs a carpet pad underneath to feel comfortable underfoot. I liked the rug very much, but the orange in the medallion center, and the addition of so many other colors, rendered it too "busy" for my living room. I returned this one and, instead, purchased the Monae Teal & Yellow Mid-Century Geometric rug (also at Overstock), which is a better style with my abstract art.
