I bought this for my wife. She's Korean and says this was such an excellent deal. It's twice the price in Korea. Having a Korean wife, we have rice almost everyday. It's an Asian thing ? This rice cooker works great though and she loves it. It's definitely worth having.

Bought this for my wife to use and she enjoys it a lot! We've had multiple rice cooker and they don't perform the same. They're not as sturdy and browns/chars the bottom of the rice easily. This is her favorite rice cooker brand!

Horrible customer service...if there is one!
I have been trying to call their customer service for warranty and repair. I got hung up every time I called. I haven't get a chance to talk to their customer service for weeks. What a horrible company to do business with.
Thin layer of burnt rice at the bottom
I am a bit unhappy with the cooker, there is often a layer of burnt rice at the bottom. This is quite disappointing for such an expensive and high-quality rice cooker. Apart from this problem, the rest of the rice are very nice.
