Perfect crepe pan!
This crepe pan is fantastic! I use it for injera and quesadillas. It is very non-stick and a snap to clean. It's sturdy and I expect it to last a long time.
Great pan. Made lots of delicious crepes on it already. Easy clean up, no stick and great durable quality.
Don’t stick
The frying pan is excellent! The pancakes do not stick, there is no need to wash them, just wiping them with a napkin is enough. I recommend everyone to have such a frying pan in their cookware.
Bought this for my son who loves to cook. He loves it! Works great for eggs. Would definitely buy again
Perfect addition to my collection.
Perfect Crepe pan. Turns out amazing crepes, pancakes and tortillas.

The reason I am giving the Cuisinart crepe pan a 4 is this. It is not suitable for an induction range top.
One GREAT CREPE PAN!
An amazing pan for the price. I've compared it to my what used to be "gold standard" cast iron pan I used to make crepes, as well as regular pan. This one is FAR SUPERIOR in browning and speed of cooking. When you're making crepes for a family of 6, you need a lot of them, and this pan whipped them out in about a minute each. I kept increasing heat (I normally cook them at 4.5 heat, and with this pan 5.5 is ok. just gets things done quicker). Also, vegan crepes always turned rather pale on other pans, but they came nice and golden-brown off this pan... I am of Russian descend, and blinchiki (crepes) are a thing in my homeland. Let me tell you, I'm getting a second pan! It's just THAT spectacular! The big difference between this pan and the cast iron is in the look of crepes - this pan produces even no buble crepe, and cast iron will give you raised bubbles which, too, look great. Really DON'T recommend a regular pan for crepes.

I love Cuisinart crepe pan. I haven?t ever made crepes before so I had to practice and I finally had some very yummy crepes once I got the hang of it. I have always been very happy with the Cuisinart products I?ve purchased.

I think it’s a shiny brand new pan with low edges. I have used it once. I cannot speak for its durability or longevity. Furthermore, I think it’s improper that you ask me to review a brand new product. We want purchases to last not just to buy something.
Great crepe pan. Perfect non-stick surface. Tried my hand at galettes Breton and this pan worked like a charm. It was a bit smaller in circumference than expected but works beautifully.
Very good and convenient pan!
I mainly use for cooking chapati or paratha (indian flatbread types). It's super easy to maintain and use. I have been using this same pan (previously bought) for 2 years. I am fully satisfied with the quality!
Good pan, works well, easy to handle.
Excellent pan. Just the right
Crepe pan
I am an Indian I cook a lot of Indian cuisine. I luv d way cuisinart works with me . D crepe pan is meant for dosa a South Indian delicacy for me. Again good coating food doesn’t stick handles r sturdy Cleaning is easy. doesn’t bend very imp and not to pricey.d life time warranty is d cherry on top. I don’t think I’ll ever change cuisinart too much in luv with it.
Unbelievable fast shipping
Ordered this one day, got it the next. Wasn't exactly what I thought I was ordering, but it's a nice heavy pan. My old pan is heavier and although they both say 10 inches, my old pan is larger. Same manufacturer, but my old pan with three rivets compared to the new one that had only two was probably better made. Looks like the interior finish of the new pan may be better, time will tell.
I love making crepes, and after I'd read other reviews for this crepe pan, I decided to give it a try. This makes perfect crepes! No butter needed for the pan, and it's easy to make them all the same perfectly round shape. Love it, glad I purchased it. I'll probably make crepes more often now since this makes it so easy.
