Another All-Clad winner

I find this knife to be easy to hold and maneuver while cutting up things such as vegetables. In addition the blade is quite sharp. It’s also a beautiful looking knife. For many years now I have used Shun knives and have loved them but would consider buying more of the All-Clad ones

Excellent weight and balance. Easy to use for a variety of jobs.

Knife is comfortable to use and versatile. Weight is good and cuts through everything I need it for. We have a 10” chef’s knife, but it’s really too big for me (husband used it when he was able to cook more). The weight and balance of this knife are just right for me. It’s very well made and will last a long time. It’s easy to sharpen with my steel, and I’ve used it on fresh meats, vegetables (hard and soft), and even garlic cloves. So glad I got it and at a great price. Love All-Clad products. Since I retired I’ve slowly been replacing my pots and pans with nonstick hard anodized and they are great. I’m an All-Clad fan.
