I love this pan. I read the directions from the manufacturer and I have had great results. Big enough for cooking. The pans cook well and clean up easily.
Low and slow
Love my 6 qt. saute pan. Cooking low and slow create flavorful foods. My family noticed food taste different(better).
Fabulous even heating!
Excellent pan, great quality, perfect size – it’s so hard to find a 6 quart sauté pan! It’s very Well-built and I love the see-through cover! It is a bit heavy but that’s what makes it heat so evenly!

Great pan! Finally found a 6 quart even heating pan, we use this all the time. It is a wee bit heavy but that’s because it has the great bottom for even heating.
Nice large saute pan
This replaced a 7 quart aluminum saute pan that I didn't like because the bottom bowed as it heated up. The new pan is much better. The bottom stays flat so oil in it doesn't run to the perimeter and th pan heats very evenly. All in all I am very satisfied with this pan.
Healthy cook.. so far I'm liking them.

It is an excellent, essential pan for every kitchen.
So disappointed
I’ve used this one time and upon washing afterwards find there are black marks that look like the finish is coming off. I used on medium heat as indicated. So disappointed. Cuisinart is supposed to be better than that.

I absolutely love this pan! It’s the perfect size to making larger meals. The handle doesn’t get hot and the pan is very sturdy. It is pretty heavy compared to my nonstick pans.
