It's rich and heavy, feels of quality. I've made lasagna but it's perfect for mac and cheese. When I pass away this dish will be in my will.

Exactly what I wanted. Used it for the first time last night and it truly works great for lasagna...much better than glass pans I normally use. No pasta sticking to the pan and cooked evenly.

Lasagna pan

This is a great nice red lasagna pan. But it is extremely heavy and with all the pasta/sauce ingredients - I need help pulling it out of the oven.

Great but VERY heavy!

I really wish i had this years ago! The best pan ever, but it's SO HEAVY! I LOVE everything about this pan. Lasagna is perfect and I'm able to use the full box of noodles! Incredible as a roasting/casserole pan too! Definitely in for many, many years of use as it is very well built. One of my kids wants this pan someday in the future! I highly recommend this pan unless you are unable to lift heavy objects.

We love this lasagne pan for large family gatherings! It is deep and large to make enough for many people. Be prepared, it is pretty heavy, so store in a low cupboard or low shelf.

This roasting pan is strong and heavy. It’s also quite big. I feel this oak is worth the purchase because I cook often in it. I’ve made baked pork chops, baked chicken, baked smothered turkey legs, etc. it’s all about using the right temperature on your oven. I will say that this pan retains liquid pretty well so you don’t want to use too much liquid if you’re cooking meat or it will become soupy.

I had one already, and my son asked for one just like it for Christmas. It’s heavy, but I expect it to last a lifetime. It’s deep and perfect for lasagna and macaroni and cheese.

Great Baking Pan

It is heavy but makes for great heat retention. Enameled coating provides easy clean-up. Hefty handles to make carrying easy.

The pan is good quality but is too heavy for me. I wish it weighted less.

Only used once so far, but great. Nice quality, great price, excellent depth for lasagna. I had originally ordered a different one from a store that wasn't Cuisinart, glad I found this one instead. So much higher quality!

Something to pass on to your grandkids

Love this thing. I mean it’s super heavy but it’s the kind of thing that will last you a lifetime. Clean up is so easy too no matter how baked in the food gets. Just soak it for a little bit and it wipes right off with a regular sponge. Oh and did I mention that you can even put this right on the stovetop too in addition to broiling. It does it all!

Wow... a really nice pan for the money. Color is great. It's heavy, but since it's cast iron, I didn't expect it to be a lightweight. I needed a large, heavy-duty pan for roasting (even at high heat) -- this does the trick.

Good pan but too expensive.

Excellent pan for lasagna. Very heavy and well made, actually a lighter glass pan would had done the trick, as long as it has about a 3 in. height. I have had the same size pans in glass that were a lot cheaper and very heavy too, except I needed an extra one, in order to make pans of lasagna for other households for the holidays.

Parfait pour cuisiner une grosse lasagne, sans devoir casser les pâtes pré-cuites! Un peu lourd cependant. J’en suis très satisfaite!

GREAT PAN ,EASY TOO CLEAN AND CAN MAKE SO MUCH IN ONE PAN ...BAKE ZITI ,LASAGNA ,ROASTED VEGIES AND CHICKEN.......I LOVE MY ROASTING LASANGNA PAN!
