Multiclad Pro

We already have these pots and pans and we wanted to add this one to the set. We love using them, and they're pretty too.

Smaller than expected but I would recommend it.

beautiful pan

I wish it was 0.5” taller but honestly is almost perfect. The 3.5qt has a long frypan handle and I did not want it (difficult to store). The 3qt has just two ear handles . I already know this will be my go to pot. Highly recommend .

Fantastic customer service.

This is a replacement for one that I have had for a few years. The bottom of the pan bent downwards. I contacted the company to find out if it can be repaired. They replaced the pan. Best customer service. I love the versility of the pan.

Versatile and Gorgeous!

The casserole pan is a vital part of my kitchen. From slow-cooked chillis to braised short ribs, this is the ideal vessel. The multiclad pro is the perfect size for many dishes, and it is exceptionally well-made. Guests often remark about its beauty even before being served!

Highly useful and great performing 5.5 QT CASSROLE

This large capacity pan is terrific for family and party cooking. They heat well, look great and come in handy for all types of cooking. I have purchased several of these as gifts for my kids as they start their own households. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful but small

This is a beautiful pan and probably works beautifully too but I'm returning it because it is just too small. Diameter of the pan excluding the handles is about 9.7 inches. Every inch in diameter makes a huge difference in cooking capacity and this pan is just too small for my needs.

Poor product engineering

The product is made of a single pressing of the metal to form the pan. The result for ours was that the bottom of the pan had a high point in the center, resulting in a pan that would spin - "easily" - when placed on a glass top stove. In short, we couldn't stir any food without the pan spinning; couldn't even stir water without this happening. It is an engineering flaw in the pan construction.

Great new pan

I love the size, I can cook a lot at once which saves me time. The weight is great, not too heavy. It heats up pretty quickly and seems to cook evenly. It cleans pretty well although it seems to stain a bit, like I can't get spots completely clean. It has some scratch marks from my metal fish spatula but not bad.

A must-have workhorse for any kitchen

I love this newest addiction to my cookware arsenal. Two helper handles is so much better for me vs. 1 helper and a long handle. Easier to work with and manipulate on stovetop. Heats up well and evenly. This 5.5 qt size is perfect. Holds anything we make. Cleans up beautifully too.

Stunning and Stylish

This cookware is definitely for the pro cooker, which I am not. I am learning and enjoy the fine craftsmanship and even heat.

Love this pan!

I have Cuisinart pots but use non stick frying pans. I was reluctant about getting a stainless steel frying pan but I’m so glad it did! I’ve used it several times to cook various meals and not once have I had an issue with food sticking. The pan is expensive but well worth it. I highly recommend this pan!

Heats very quickly and evenly and are very easy to clean. These get used nightly in my kitchen and I have yet to have a problem.

Why I needed a new roasting pan

Induction ready! I am an “older” person with several enamel roasters, and even a Miracle Maid roaster, all of which I used successfully for many years. We moved into a new house with an induction cooktop and just like that, I cannot use any roaster, so NO stovetop deglazing and NO GRAVY! I researched and bought this Cuisinart roaster when it went on sale just in time to make my famous (and delicious) make ahead Thanksgiving gravy, the pan worked beautifully and everyone complimented and enjoyed the result. Thank you Cuisinart for making the perfect pan for me.
