Just as I hoped, this pan produces a much crisper crust than the unventilated pans I had been using. I'm eager to try it for our favorite cauli pizza crusts.
Have had several sets of these pans. They are great, bake a little faster, and the crust comes out crisper! Mine have lasted 1-2 yrs with weekly use. At 450 degrees the finish wears off--but worth it for the price. Will buy again.
We have used this crispr everyday since receiving it. It is easy to clean, light weight but can handle breads, sweet potato fries, onion rings, pizza, etc. I am very pleased with this crisper. It is also a good fit for our small Breville convection oven.
