Perfect fit!

These fit Brita pitchers perfectly & filter so much more effectively. Be prepared for *very* slow rate of percolation. (This may require planning ahead & storage for an adequate supply of filtered H2O) Extra contact time w/media = better end product in this case. We have also found that Culligan filters remain effective much longer than other brands in this category.

a little dirty

Even though it was not as dirty as the first 2 I received, it was still a little dirty. It works good so I am satisfied.

2-3 months of filtering life depending on how often its refilled. Starts to lose it efficacy when filtered water area fills quickly and water smells more like the tap water.

Filter Fantasy Comes True

I live in an apt. complex in the desert. The tap H2O is at best atrocious and gag-worthy-leaving an orange fillm on all it touches. Culligan 's PR-3 filter on a pitcher literally changes the product into a clean,clear, non-film water that feels safe and tastes the perfect way perfectly earth -formed water should taste. "Hey Culligan man," you're still doing it right!

Finally a filter that works!

Good price and works as advertised. I'd bought the water pitcher that goes with this filter, which is really very nice. Finally I can stop buying bottled water and enjoy good filtered water from my own tap.

Old stock that should not be sold.

Would not buy again, I received a 6 yr old package which had particles all over inside, unlike previous ones I have purchased and it give my water an odd taste.

I searched in neighborhood stores and on the Internet and finally found what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

They fit! They work!

I ordered these and received within very fast with ground delivery. I was concerned that they might not fit my old W-1 pitcher. But they are a perfect fit.I followed the directions in soaking the filter; and running it through 1-2 times. I only had to run it through once and the water came out clear and residue free. No chemical taste, it worked well. And I am pleased. Thank You

Shipping is way too slow

The product is fine, it's as expected. But it took 3weeks for shipment and delivery. I knew this at the time of purchase but let us know if you have to back order it or what.
