Surprised at how good the quality is for such a low price. I am very happy with it :-)

Budget-friendly LWC Replica

This is a great replica of the timeless Charles and Ray Eames LWC. Its cost is approx. 1/5 of the original and for that price I really can't complain. It's comfortable, looks great, and fits my budget. Is the craftsmanship comparable to the original? No. Do the drill holes align perfectly? No. But it's an alternative worth considering if you love the design of the LWC and are furnishing your home on a limited budget. One thing worth mentioning is that assembly is a two-person job. Save yourself some time and ask a friend for help.

Very comfortable chair. Gets lots of compliments when folks try it out.

Not as dark as the picture and item was badly damaged.

Super retro and designed to lounge without hurting your posture. Original plywood design A+ (though the instructions were incorrect - easy to figure out)

Great alternative to Eames chair sold at DWR!

Excellent quality! Great alternative to Eames chair sold at Design Within Reach. I assembled the chair in about 15 minutes with no issues. The seat is very wide and makes the chair more comfortable than it looks.

Very close to the original, and affordable.

Chair is very comfortable, and faithfully replicates the original design (my grandparents had several Eames molded plywood chairs in the 50s and 60s). It was easy to assemble and the quality, fit, and finish seem fairly good!

Pain to assemble

Somewhat fiddly to get together, a couple of the holes didn't QUITE line up, but some pushing and bending and it went together.Very attractive, somewhat sturdy. I wouldn't recommend anyone over 200lbs use this chair.

I proudly put this together all by myself! The look is exactly as I wanted it to be. It's comfortable and adds some style to my LR. My only negative comments is that the drill holes for the screws could have been finished off a bit. They are rough and a bit raggedy.

This chair is surprisingly comfortable and looks exactly like its very expensive original design. Although there were very few pieces, it was surprisingly difficult to assemble (a better diagram would've helped). The pieces are quite heavy, so it's not a one-person job..

Good quality chair. Comfort wise it is just okay but great as a side chair for putting pillows and blankets on. The wood is nice and I would say it's good value for price.

This is the most deceived I've ever felt after an online purchase. I assembled the chair and thought "there's no way I bought this." I had to go double check the product page to make sure I wasn't as stupid as I was feeling. And sure enough, the chair that was delivered looks nothing like the images shown here. I am very familiar with the disclaimer - "due to the nature of this being a wood product the exact grain of your piece may vary from what is shown" but this isn't even close. The attached photo shows the product image on the left, and what I was delivered on the right. You can see for yourself the look of the grain, but what's not visible is the absolutely terrible finishing of this piece. The plywood is barely sanded and finished enough to sit on, the plywood bends are really inelegant (this is subjective, I know), and one of the screws had stripped threads right out of the bag so it was unusable. Would you be surprised to hear that no additional hardware is included? Skip on this one. Less

Timeless style at an affordable price point. The top piece was not as stable as I'd like so I went up a size in screws. Other than that I highly recommend!

I'm sitting in this chair as I write. It is comfortable, far more so than one might guess, and it provides superb back support. The look is midcentury at its best, and I hope it lasts me a good many years.
