I ordered this item as a Christmas gift to myself as we were busy remodelling our family room. I left it sealed in the box and only opened it to check that it was the correct item. But to my disappointment when I took it out of the box to put it up this past weekend it was extremely crooked from the socket region and extending up to the globe holders. Is this the design or is this a defect? I see this style is out of stock now. Is there anything you can do for a very dissatisfied customer?
Nice design, poor workmanship
Nice design but poorly made, awful workmanship….I bought them for my new place but by the time I moved and opened them it was too late to return. Crooked, poor soldering, and wobbly base. Very disappointed. Not even usable. $*** down the drain.

Terrible quality.
The lamp was dented and doesn't sit balanced vertically; it tilts to the right. It only has one choice of brightness and the bulbs that came with it are too intensely bright. If you happen to glance at it, you walk away "seeing spots" like when you look at the sun. Just SO disappointed.
Well Built Elegant Table Lamp
This table lamp is unique and well built. We set it up on the console table and receive a ton of compliments. The two off white glasses add elegance. Highly recommend it.

Don’t buy this lamp! I was so excited to get this item. Unfortunately one of the lamp’s light bulb structure is crooked so one side is straight and the other one is “off”. I’ve tried to jerry-rig the crooked one using electrical tape so it’s passable but for this price I expect it to look like the picture! Where is the quality control!!
