A beautiful carpet; thick and tightly woven. Unfortunately, the pile height was too high for my entryway. I am considering a larger version for another room. Incredible Rugs & Decor was a pleasure to work with.

The original and replacement was full of snags. I was told I ruined it because I vaccumed it. After two days of phone conversations and said I was going to call corporate they finally gave me my full refund. Big hassle with them within the 7 day hassle free return policy and insurance that I took out.

I use this rug in my living area. I have carpet, but I wanted to set a rug on top of my carpet to avoid carpet stains. The rug is soft and has a nice feel, but it tends to crunch up when moving furniture. Besides that, I love this rug in my living area.

Replaced a sculptured wool rug with fringe. This is just as attractive with better colors for our room and easier to clean. Great selection, great prices, and great service.
