Exactly as expected. Very soft, plush, but not too thick. Doesn’t pill, and the colour is nice. It does have a striped texture, but I don’t mind.

I absolutely LOVE this rug. Sooo soft and great quality. There is a strong smell so I've been airing it out the past few days with windows cracked but may need to sprinkle with baking soda to absorb and vacuum. I may purchase again for other rooms!

This rug is not as pictured. Quality and texture were fine, but in person it is white, grey, and taupe not the tone on tone tan that appears in these photos.

Size too small

THE RUG IS GRAY. It's a warm gray at best. Not brown/taupe like the website photos. The return shipping is steep. I'm likely going to be cornered into keeping it. It is soft and nice otherwise, but the color is completely off.

The two rugs were purchased for our entranceway. They are exactly what we wanted and needed. We would recommend them to anyone who has an area that gets traffic.

This rug exceeded our expectations. It is so incredibly soft and feels great underfoot. We picked this pattern specifically to help hide the inevitable stains and I think it will do just that. It is lighter in person as other reviews have mentioned. Very happy.

Came with sides damaged, looked almost like it was chewed on, thier was peices pulled out.. tried to get a refund was only able to get a small partial refund and not possible to do even a full refund becuase they wanted it fully packaged to return as well as for me to drive it to fed ex, which is very hard to do as the rug was 9x13 Also the rug arrived grey not brown

This rug looks super expensive and really elevates the space. It’s also super soft and comfortable to walk on.

Exactly what I wanted

Rugs arrived promptly, good quality for the price and the color is what I expected from online photos, a great size for runners (they are a little bit wider than other runners.) Neutral but interesting pattern!

Super soft! But not as dark as shown. Ordered the same rug from loli directly to see the color difference but it’s the exact same coloring (and texture). Couldn’t tell a difference at all so I’ll be keeping the wayfair version.

This rug is very nice, especially for the price. It looks like it did online in “view in your room”, and we are pleased with it! I bought the best suggested pad and I think that was a wise decision.
