Poor product and support

Drop in driveway Lucky no rain.Product very very dirty when got out of package. Handles not able attach .Threads were stripped on door and drawer. One of protector feet missing so cabinet not sit level..Company in US said replace handles and floor piece. Also send touch up pen as 5 place were damage. When package arrive only one handle and no floor item.When went to use pen said shake 30 seconds.Did so wheedn try to use pen exploded all over new white tile and cabinet. They refuse replace damage caused Never buy this item on line at Home Depot or any vender.

The Daria linen cabinet looks great however it took several days before that industrial smell of fresh paint went away and some of the corners rough to the touch. I think both those issues could be resolved by allowing the piece to dry thoroughly before packaging it up for shipping

The product came in damaged, it appeared it was not inspected when it left the factory because the box was not damaged at all and the sides were separating.

highly disappointed

I ordered this a few months ago, but my renovation got delayed to my having covid for three weeks and re-coordinating with my vendors, this finally got unboxed tonight.First, the cabinet looks like it USED to have leveling feet at one time. However, the holes for those feet has metal plates glued over them and cheap plastic nail in feet were put on. Of course since the original feet were removed and metal plated glued on, the nail in plastic feet were off to the sides of each leg. Two were visible paste the edge of the legs and two were in completely different spots.Secondly, this has to be the worst glass glazing or the worst "shellac" job I have ever seen. The entire piece of glass has at least 1-2 inches of some sort of "glaze" that took me nearly two hours to get Mostly off. It sparkles like it had minute pieces of glass in it and was brown.It wobbles due to the crappy feet, the interior was filthy, the door pulls looked like they they had fingerprints all over them and the top of the door has nothing to stop it from pushing into the cabinet. For the cost of this item I expected a bit better quality. The only thing I can say is it was packaged well.

It is a beautiful and well built cabinet. Excellent shipping container and internal packaging. What was missing was foam insulation between the drawers and doors which in this case caused them to rub, chaff, and chip.

Functional, but lacking...

The cabinet is sturdy and came as described. Downside is that the legs don't include a leveling feature. Unless your floor is perfectly level, this is a problem. Otherwise, nice.

The linen tower arrived well packed and delivered a week early. It appeared to be painted very well in the gray I ordered. I only had to assemble the handles as the tower arrived fully assembled. The soft close drawers also a plus. I think the price is a good value to have it delivered to your home. Happy with my purchase.

Well made, attractive curves and beautiful color. Color is not too dark and not bright. Brass hardware is muted, not shiny or cheap looking. Very heavy, has soft close drawers and dovetail joints. Definitely would recommend.

Came very well packaged. The soft close door and drawers are really nice. Love the fact that the shelves are adjustable. Looks amazing with the Daria vanities.

LOVE this linen cabinet, It's solid wood throughout. Just what I wanted.
