Flat Cushions
Not good - The cushions are very thin and hold water for days after rain. The fold down daybed position is especially uncomfortable due to the flat cushions.

Terrible customer service
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This porch swing was cancelled 10-01-24 within an hour (11:40 p.m.) of placing order, yet the seller shipped it anyway on 10-02-2024. They wrote that the item had already shipped within the four minutes I cancelled, although only a shipping "label" was listed for it. I don't think FedEx ships out at 11:40 p.m. ?? and I have proof from the FedEx website that it did not ship until 10-02-24. We refused item at delivery on 10-04-2024, while still on FedEx truck, and shipped back to shipper per FedEx website and arrived to shipper on 10-07-2024. No refund was ever given to us. We are disputing charges but they have denied a refund anyway.

we have gotten much use out of this it's comfy and cozy and look so cute in my yard.

they didnt give us enough screws to finish it. There was a hole in the box when they delivered it abd im netting the parts fell out.

this swing was an assembly needed. it was quick and easy, tools come with it. problem is we set it up and a storm came knocked her right over. next day dry morning was gonna enjoy my swing but another storm knocked it over again. After a few rainy days and picking it bavk up again several more times. i was able to finally sit and enjoy it. it held strong throughout all the storms and fall overs that i say 5 stars. fabric doesnt get dirty and after all the rain still looks clean and white. thank you
