Bright

The light bracket fit the exact holes our old light had. It was easy to install and it’s very bright which is what we wanted. In fact, we bought two for our back yard but one seems to do the job.

This is an excellent light! It lights up the area better than the older (non-LED) one that I replaced. Installation was easy, and I would definitely buy this light again, if I needed another one.

Too sensitive photocell

The light works well except the photocell is too sensitive. During a ligtning storm the light is constanly going off and back on. It is quite annoying since it is right outside my house. Mine is mounted on a pole and the mounting ystem works well.

Light stopped working

My light worked well for approx 2 years, but suddenly stopped working. Power to the light is good, so I assume it was a bad LED "bulb". Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the bulb can be replaced. I was happy with the performance of the light - just wish the bulb could be replaced instead of buying a whole new unit.

Very Bright light

My husband installed this light and he said that it was easy enough to install. The light has 3 different modes and the brightness can be adjusted. It is not motioned sensored, but the light is very bright and works great for us!

Low energy usage

This is a good light. It uses very little energy especially fir hiw much space it lights up. It was easy to install by myself also. It is so versatile it can be used anywhere. It lights up big areas or small. It's great for security because I live alone it makes me feel so much safer

Replacement light ... you will NOT be disappointed

Bought this for a neighbor to replace a sodium vapor light. Incredible brightness and lower power consumption make this an outstanding replacement fixture. Easy to install, just wish you did not have to download instructions.

Perfect for my application

I got the Lithonia LED area light to install on my backyard shed. I wanted something with a photocell, low profile, bright but energy efficient so I decided on the area light. Install was straight froward and instructions were clear. This thing is super bright and is exactly what I was looking for. Have had it up for a few months now with no issues great product great price.

Nice looking.

This is a very nice looking outdoor area light. I have yet to be able to install it yet, but will definitely be installing this light over my shop door. We live in the country and do not have any street lights. This will be perfect on my property and should not use much electricity due to being leds.

Great bright light

I got this light and it was pretty easy to install the diagram on the box was helpful for height and how much area the light will cover. The adjustable photocell gives consistent dusk-to-dawn operation. The light also has switchable color temperatures It is listed for wet locations. I think this light will last a long time.

Great for my corral.

I got my Lithonia LED area light or my corral to keep predators away all night. It works, Cyoyotes don't care to do their dirty work in light is adjustable to be on from dawn to dusk. It is 120 volts which makes it easy to wire up and has 4000 lumens which is plenty for me. It is built for all locations including the rain. It didn't come with a mounting arm but I easily fabricated one to fit my needs.

Awesome coverage and bright.

A set up the light a few weeks ago and so far so good. The light was super bright and the coverage awesome. Installation was easy enough but I wished the base neck had an angle adjustment. Over all this is a super good security light.

Downlight is Exactly What I Was Looking For

I have wanted something like this for a quite a while for our house. I needed something like this that was a downlight, instead of something that shot outward. Don't be cheap when buying led lights or you will regret it. These are mid range price and top quality.

Works great!

I got this to replace a light fixture in my backyard patio. Installation was a breeze. I have a small outdoor oven that I sometimes use at night and this area light provides me with bright illumination which allows me to see clearly. Definitely recommend as an area lighting fixture.

Great LED Utility Light!

I got this Lithonia Lighting Contractor Select BGS LED area light to light-up an area behind my garage. This powerful Lithonia LED light provides an astonishing 4000 lumens in a compact form factor. The light tone is 4000K ( near daylight equivalent) . There is also a dusk to dawn photocell built-in. This Energy Star certified light is wet location rated and was fairly easy to install. This light is 8.83” deep x 3.5” high x 7” wide. I used a mounting arm to hang this fixture (model OMA) that easily slips into the integrated slipfitter of the fixture. This fixture can be mounted on walls or poles. This fixture uses 34W and replaces a 100w metal halide bulb. The led bulbs are rated to last 50,000 hours. The LEDS are rated at 80 CRI. I highly recommend this great quality Lithonia Lighting LED area light !

Perfect brightness

The Lithonia outdoor area light was the perfect outdoor lighting solution for me since I needed to replace my old one that was not working. This fixture was very easy to install and mounted up on my wall for the front area of my house.the light was very bright which covered a great amount of area in the front of my house. This light has three switchable color temperatures that are warm, cool, and daylight settings. Great lighting I recommend this to anyone that’s looking for outdoor lighting.

easy to install

The Lithonia lighting product area light is excellent for my driveway from dusk to dawn. It lights up the whole area around the garage and driveway for safety and great visibility. The diagram on the box is so helpful for the height of the mounting and how much area the light will cover. Product is easy to install and has 4000 lm for great brightness and visibility. I like it

I have been slowly remodeling my home and needed a new light for my back yard. The Lithonia Lighting LED Outdoor Area Light was just what I needed. It is easy to install and had easy to follow instructions. It is really bright and covers a good area. The best part is that it turns itself on when it gets dark and back off at sunrise.
