Love this faucet. Put it in our guest bath, and it looks really sharp. Seems very solidly built so far.

Dripping faucets

I have three of this faucets and they have been dripping for 2 1/2 years. I have replaced the cartridge 3 times replaced 2 faucets and they still drip.

the device was installed today by a licensed plumber and it leaks. I have to return it for replacement. it was ordered online - so i assume i am to reorder ad return to the store for credit. please advise.

Does not come with a pop up stopper

I bought this item online because MOEN had commented it came with a pop up stopper - it does not it comes with the mechanical pull type stopper. Disappointed I still installed it and insult to injury the stopper leaked slightly. I like the taps and MOEN products having them throughout our kitchen and bathrooms but save yourselves a headache and buy the pop up stopper.

High Quality Throughout

I bought two of these faucets, one for each guest bathroom. They have a substantial feel and the construction and assembly is high quality. Installation instructions were clear so I had no difficulty in installing them (Man=1 House=0). Moen has a good reputation and we liked the style and appearance. That work as you would expect a faucet to work.

This is such a nice looking inexpensive faucet. The chrome is nice and it looks way more expensive than it is. Haven’t installed yet but seems like it’ll be very good quality. It arrived loose in box and jumbled, seemed to have been opened before. Tiny scratch that’s not really noticeable, so I kept and just took a discount on it. Nice customer service.
