I received my Davis wall light in matte black for free in exchange for my honest review. I love this light it is perfect for dark hallways or closets or wherever you need a little more light. I love that it was easy to install and it looks very nice. I also love that it can be used indoors or outdoors. I would definitely recommend this product it is great.

This is a wonderful sconce lamp. Installed it in one of our bathrooms and it looks great! It does not include a bulb, which personally I don't mind because you can choose any bulb you like for it (up to 60 watts). Supports incandescent or LED. I chose a "daylight" 40 watt equivalent LED. Installation is easy if you're familiar with basic home wiring. Two wires and a ground. Took me about 15 minutes total to install it. Simply attach the base plate to the light socket mount and then there are four screws to attach the main frame. Includes screws and three wire nuts for the installation. It's well-made, and the matte black finish looks sleek and modern. If you're looking for a nice sconce lamp in this style, this is definitely one to consider. Super happy with it!

We chose the The Design House 588590-BLK Davis Indoor/Outdoor wall light sconce for our front porch light. The design is beautiful, with a off white glass. The light is very bright and welcoming. It is extremely stylish. It was very easy to install and the directions were excellent and easy to follow. The fixture uses (1) 60 Watt T10 medium base bulb or LED equivalent and measures 14 inches H x 4.5 inches W x 3.9 inches inches D. Perfect for any home.

The brand name has changed in the past year, but it's the same except for color. I've had one of these in my house for the past year and looks beautiful. A great upgrade to any older sconce and gives great lighting and looks. Installation was only about 10 minutes and used a single screwdriver. It took more tiime to take the old one off than install this new model. Very well made. You may want to look for a tube style bulb to give a more even light pattern from behind the defusing glass.
