High Quality, nice productr
You can get cheaper versions of this and I can't comment the quality of those. But this is high quality thick glass, very nice light, good white color settings. I agree the cord can be longer. I really debated spending this much but when doing a full reno i didn't want to cheap out on a mirror. it was also packed incredibly well. Would buy again.
Great Mirror
Love the mirror! Looks great in the bathroom! Love that it lights up for morning bathroom routines.
Bad lights and terrible company
We loved this mirror at first but soon discovered that it changed its light display on it's own . . . erratically. There is a touch sensor on the surface of the mirror. You choose the setting you like.That's where things started to go wrong. The lights would brighten and/or dim and/or turn off and/or the back light would come on and turn of the front light, etc.The warranty phone number is for NRG Distribution, not for the company in China. NRG does not answer the customer service extension and does not respond to messages so you have to select the sales extension.They promise to check with the manufacturer but then don't return your call.Thankfully, Home Depot arranged a refund and to have the mirror picked up.

We're very happy with this mirror. The 3 different light tones and dimmability enable you to get the lighting perfect for you. The clock is really helpful when your getting ready and need to keep track of time, and actually serves as a good nightlight since it stays on. The button to turn on the anti-fog option is a bit hidden which is great once you read the instructions to find it. There's no need for a wall switch since the light controls are in the mirror. It's a 2 person job to install it. I hired an electrician and helped him.

I love this mirror looks nice and elegant The reason i'm giving 3 starts is because i don't think is bright enough as described. And if is going to be too expensive i was expecting a little more. If you don't have another lights installed not enough even for shaving. Other than this if you like smooth light at the bathroom probably i will say go for it.
