Size is nice and not too large and glass globe with etched continents is classic. The gold base has a rustic feel and is solid. The glass globe spins nicely.

Great Quality and Shipping material

I just started a new career and my office needs a little attention. I love globes and this one spoke to me. When I received the shipment and opened the boxes (it was double boxed with bubble wrap all around the box with the globe in it. AND the globe box had spacers etc) I was pleasantly surprised. Heavy, real glass and metal, WOW great quality!!!

Nice Decorative Piece

I just bought a nice coffee table from Overstock and was looking for something different to put on it. This globe is a nice size and matches perfectly with the table. Only gave it 4 stars because there are slight imperfections in the glass. Otherwise I'm satisfied

Much prettier in person that website photos! Great quality. Be sure to check dimensions. It seems smaller than I thought It would be but I am keeping it. It will be prefect on a stack of books in the living room.
