It’s beautiful and works great
4 and a half stars. Like the look, very heavy and great quality. Had a little issue with the extension handshower not seating well the first time installed. Correct the issue with a gasket and all is well.

Hand shower is problematic
We remodeled the bathroom and haven’t used the tub yet. The spout has a good flow and is pretty, but I understand what the other review said about the diverter. It’s very loose and I can pull the knob out to divert the water to the hand held but I have to completely turn off the water to be able to push the diverter back in to have the tub faucet running again.

Hard to find a faucet with higher gallons per minute, so this one is it! We have a huge tub so it fills it up quickly.

If you want something “substantial”. This is it. Good big heavy faucet. Nice handle. Black color is rich and deep black. Matched other black bathroom parts perfect. We used this for our tub. Sprayer really nice to clean tub.

Although I haven't installed the faucet and handshower yet, I like its appearance and the quality of workmanship. As always, the item arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will update my review as soon as the item is installed.
I love the tub spout because it was the only one I could hind that fits over the side if the new whirlpool tub and it’s really sleek looking. I will not be using hand shower that came with it. It looks and feels cheep. Pics to come!
