Simple copper cap

We have some 16 years old and I bought more to match because I love the look of copper. Sometimes the old ones blow off because there is just a little nail hole, but shockingly good shape for how long they have been in the elements.

It's to big

It does not fit a 4x4 tight it is approximal 1/2 inch to large

The copper look really pops out and the post is easy to install. I used a caulking gun to make that happen.

Perfect to cap the post for a cap

I wanted to post a light to the top of a post I assembled. The lights themselves were supposed to fit the 4x4 post (I know the true measurements are smaller) however, it was too big even with the smallest bracket. So I bought this cap, screwed it into the post and the cap fit it perfectly.

I was very disappointed I

I was very disappointed I could not get what I really wanted but then the items were marked wrong, thus I kept getting the wrong caps. I finally gave up, and touched up the base of each on to use.

Don't fit

The 4x4 post that I have is 4 3/4 inches. These DON'T fit. They work on a 4 5/8 post.
