Best way to bake pizza at home

This stone allows me to make larger pizzas at home. Use eBay to find some Capitol 00 flour and Capitol yeast and make the best pizza ever. Just make sure to let the stone and oven get as hot as possible. One hour of preheating is not too much. Also, you can find a great pizza peel on eBay as well. Cold ferment your dough for at least overnight and it will amaze you. Happy baking!

I once had a round pizza stone that I broke by accident this square version has more room and versatility for various baking.

Nice To Own. Warning: If you get one, do not make the mistake I did. I read online how people sealed/cured their pizza stones. Do not do this! Especially with this one. This one is very porous. If you try to oil it, the oil will sink deeply into it. Then, every time it is used, it will smoke. Do not oil it. These stones are nice to have in the oven to radiate the heat (and retain) more even heat when baking. I have even seen some chef's also use small ones on the sides (a little overkill, but, works). Note: It may take a bit more preheat time on some. Some say that this type of stone does not break as easily and handles higher temperatures. Cool!. Turns my oven into a pizza oven.
