Great purchase, classy dinnerware set.

Easy purchase, received product through mail delivery. Very classy design, color goes with almost any dinner table set up. The quality of dinnerware is sturdy. Just the right sizes too. Guests continue to comment on how lovely these plates and mugs are! We feel fancy using them.

Not true to pictures

I bought these dishes because I loved the color. But upon receiving them and unpacking, they are lighter than the picture. I wish that the true color of the dishes be displayed and not something that's been photoshop.

Lovely sets of Stoneware

Love this set! Purchased one white set and one blue set. Slightly different shapes and sizes but they look beautiful together. The only down side is one of the blue salad plates had a white dot in the middle. It looks like the glaze was not applied to that little area. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Elegant and practical

I just bought this beautiful set to replace another lovely Elama set that, unfortunately because of its square shape and my small microwave, did not work for me. . . . But I'm delighted with this Deep Sea Mosaic set. It's a gorgeous color ("sea blue" with a subtle coppery sheen on the edges), and I love the fleur-de-lys pattern and the bas-relief texture. The dishes, bowls, and mugs are tasteful and elegant. Not least, the round dinner plates fit in my microwave--just! I'll enjoy using these dishes every day.

Great quality and beautiful design

The package came carefully wrapped. Shipping was fast. Quality is great and I love the color. It goes well with my tan fabric cloth.

LOVE THIS SET

I was worried about ordering online and not being able to see or feel before purchasing but am so glad I did. They are very sturdy, beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I did receive two broken plates but will contact the company on how to get them replaced. I would give a 5/5 and recommend this dinnerset.

Even prettier in person!

If you are considering these dishes, do it! I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a set online without seeing it in person but I am obsessed. The color and detail are beautiful. One thing to keep in mind though - the design is textured so I could see them being a pain to clean if left sitting too long without a rinse.

Just beautiful!

These dishes are even more beautiful in person! The color is rich and the design is so pretty. The dinner plates are very large, the salad plates are a good size too, the bowls have a nice depth, and the mugs are nice and large too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful!

I received my place settings for 8 today and they are beautiful! The shade of blue, the texture, and even the brown top trim - love! I'm tempted to buy and extra place setting proactively to put aside for future replacement pieces! I'm picky and I recommend these.

Beautiful Dinnerware Set!

we got this set shipped to our house. I was wary of receiving a few dishes broken, but they were not. And there was a warranty card with the set in case there were any. I pulled out these dishes and was amazed at how nice these are. They look even better in person! Love them!

Beautiful dishes

Packed carefully, none were chipped or damaged at all. Glaze is even, plates and design are consistent and complete. Design on all pieces is slightly raised an indented, which adds a great texture to the dishes. I bought a set of 4 (16 pieces total) and if it holds up to daily wear, I'll buy another box to complete the set.

New plates forme

I bought 2 sets. They have great detail and nice color. I did have a cup that was chipped and when I called the service center, they handled it with professionalism and ease. I am currently waiting on the replacement. Very happy with my purchase.

Quality Control Issue

I purchased two sets of these plates so I’d have service for 8. However, the sets were too different to use together. One set is darker, and almost over-glazed. The grooves in the design were pooled with dark color. The second set appears to have been made as they were running out of color. It’s lighter with noticeable streaks that have white showing through. Really disappointing because I don’t know which is “correct” in order to return one set. If I return the darker, will I get another set that’s light, or vice versa?

Great versatility

Bought 3 sets one month ago and am very happy with purchase. Color is like a dark teal blue but changes from blue to green depending on lighting. Have used in microwave without problem. Put in dishwasher; color holds up beautifully. Medium weight; not too heavy, not too light. Mostly I love how it looks on my dinner table. Outstanding!

Beautiful Tableware###

The dishware ware was better than expected. The blue as seen in the Target ad. The embosed areas gave a beautiful effect. They are of a solid material so if does feel flimsy or to fragile. Also was wonderful that they are dishwasher/micowave. Though the packing of the items left something to be desired. Though the box saw stable and firm the tape was beyond old seemed to be heat/age damaged. If they had retaped Or double taped it. No matter the product arrived, nothing was damaged

Beautiful Dinnerware

We've been using our new set for a few weeks now. The set is just beautiful and I love the color! Thankfully the pieces are not as heavy as our former dinnerware. I wanted something not as heavy. They arrived in perfect condition. I dropped and broke one of the bowls - I called Elama's customer service and they are sending me a new bowl! That was super easy!

Gorgeous set of dishes!

Wow!! These dishes are beautiful!! I did quite a bit of reading reviews, negative and positive, before choosing this company. Reviews for Elama were great, and I’m glad I made this choice. The dishes are well worth the money spent. Quality is excellent, packaging was fantastic (nothing broken), and the dishes look exactly like the picture. They are a beautiful teal/turquoise color. The etched design is a deep teal, edging is a dark brown shade, and the underside is a dark teal. The set is dishwasher/microwave safe, which was important to me. I looked closely at all the pieces and did not see any flaws. Extremely happy with my purchase!! Highly recommend.

Love them, but two defects.

I really love the design pattern, weight, and high gloss glaze of these dishes. I've gotten a lot of compliments and they're a great mix of casual, but classy. I did find, however, that two mugs had small defective areas where the color and glaze did not cover and seal them. I have registered my product and will ask for replacement mugs. I hope that ELAMA will honor their warranty.

Beautiful dinnerware set

I bought this to replace my older plain white dinner plates and I am so glad I bought this set! It was out of stock when I originally wanted to buy it so I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock and bought it as soon as it was. The set is beautiful and not every piece is totally perfect but that gives it character. That being said there is nothing wrong with the "imperfect" pieces. Very happy with my purchase.

My new Elama Mosaic Dinnerware sets are even more beautiful in person. The pictures don't do them justice. I ordered two so that I could have eight place settings. I received them with no damage whatsoever. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but that's probably just due to high postal service demand around the holidays. The quality is amazing. They are really thick and strong which is what I was hoping for when I ordered stoneware dishes. I shouldn't forget to mention that JCPENNEY.com had an excellent sale price! This set is highly recommend!!
