This kit contained everything I needed to rebuild my shower faucet. It doesn't drip anymore and works much better. Do not forget the faucet grease.

Was not compatible with our faucet model

This kit was supposed to be compatible with our faucet but was not. Fortunately we were able to return it easily. It was necessary to buy a new faucet due to inability to get a compatible repair kit.

The delta repair kit works so much better than the generic ones. We brought the generic ones in the past and they do not last long.

Solved my dripping faucet problem. One thing to be aware of…if your existing valve (actually the hemispherical cartridge cap) has the insert to tighten up the valve up/down motion, you need to remove that before installing the new parts from this kit. The included key made that job simple. The directions do tell you to do this but are printed in VERY small type and it’s easy to overlook. Other than that bit of info, all the needed parts were there and fit perfectly. In my installation I didn’t need the two large o-rings.

This worked much better than the aftermarket units. It comes with directions too.

Sorry for the poor rating, but the DYI project wound up a plumber visit. The kit wasn't much help but the old installation failed to hold and I had a gusher. Big issue on my part was the very poo kit instructions and the fact the old unit was so poor.

The more expensive Delta rebuild kit is not needed

All parts fit perfectly to rebuild an older Delta shower faucet.

All the parts are fairly ok, however the large gasket that goes between the ball, housing, and plastic guid is the incorrect size. All other parts are ok, but you really should go with Delta on this one.

I had to return it because it opened up in the carton which had no stuffing to keep the plastic box closed. A spring and a washer was stuck to the packing tape and washer was damaged.

OEM Parts Best When Possible

Product did not fit or work for my single hole/single handle Delta faucet. The faucet was dripping and also leaking under the handle/knob. The new seats and springs included resolved the drip issue, but the cam gasket was too big, so the cam wouldn't seat/reinstall correctly. I ended up getting free parts from Delta, RP3614. The faucet is 20+ years old, but still under warranty. The Delta parts fit and worked like a charm to stop the leak at the faucet handle.
