The ring doesn't sit/hang flush -- appears to be twisted. Disappointed...but too late to return, as it's installed.

Looks good in the bathroom. Dropped one star because it’s hard to get the self drilling anchors into the wall without drilling a hole first.

Nice and sturdy mount. It installed easily and feels solid. There is nice resistance in the pivot on the ring. It doesn't feel flimsy or cheap in any way.
I liked it but, i returned it And bought a 24 in towel bar . More My speed.
