Quality very disappointing. We have other Kensington Brass hardware. This one was poorly made. The ring is not round and was mounted off center so you had to install the mounting bracket crooked to have the ring hang correctly.

Wonderful towel ring. Heavy and sturdy, well built and I like the nylon bushing that keeps the ring from flopping around. Obviously well built and very easy to install. Highly recommended.
