water doesn't come out of both at the same time

I can only get the water to come out of the outer ring or the inner piece, meaning the water is never as wide as you would expect for this shower head. A bit of a bummer. I think this may be unique to my product but I didnt notice until I was looking for new ones that it is advertised otherwise.

This shower head replaced our old shower head which was identical. Much faster than trying to clean all clogged/partially clogged holes on prior head. Still plan to clean old shower head and have as a spare.

The shower heads are great. They perform as expected.

Poor quality

Terrible product that I’ll be returning. If you so much as look at it wrong the handheld falls out of its holder. And the pressure isn’t very good when you try to use both at once which was the main reason I bought this.

Broke just over 3 years and Delta Warranty No Good

The plastic mode selector snapped under normal usage in just over 3 years and its in a water flow position almost useless and I have to say the Customer Service at Delta was one of the worst experiences as well, hence the negative review. I personally will never buy another Delta item because of it and hope people research their quality before buying. I would love to know how many others had this issue from poor craftsmanship and they wont let their warranty cover it unless it is a flow problem, so the 10 year warranty is a pretty deceiving practice, technically illegal in some states for deceptive practices. I should have returned it after the first week as it felt cheaply made so I guess it is on me in hindsight. But the CS set me off for some reason...going on LinkedIn to find some higher ups to vent to as well.

Easy install, nice pressure, good value!

Lasted one week

Threw this unit away in the trash after one week of use. The handheld constantly fell out of the main unit. The plastic mounting base can be cross threaded and should be metal. I didn't cross thread, but the water pipe had remnants of plumbers tape which didn't work well with this unit's plastic threads. I don't have the receipt so I'm out $80.00. Very disappointing.

I'm a plumber with 30 years experience, installed this in my personal shower three days ago and can't wait to replace it with something else.

Easy to install, works like a charm.

Was an exact replacement for the previous one.

I am takin into account all of treatment I have in past was told I was on watch list for return no I don’t save all my receipts I have spent a large amount of money here exp 39 boxes of Bruce flooring + many other things

Sprayer falls off mount

Nice shower, when the shower spray head doesn't suddenly fall off and crack your head.

Love the shower. Everything works great.

This is a very nice shower head. It goes on nicely and covers more area than regular hand held models. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Very poor design. 20% of water just drips down from the spray holes in the outside part, also the shower head spray radius is too small.

A pain

Head kept falling off when switching water from head to handheld…if I tapped the hose in any way it would also fall off.

It works very well for what I desire. Good water flow, and pressure. Able to choose multiple ways of use. We have one in both showers, my Wife likes hers as much as I like mine.

problem with this shower head

I only had this three months and the hand held unit freezes in one shower pattern. The trigger quits advancing it through the spary patterns. I have to remove the hand unit and use compressed air to blow it out and generallly keep working the trigger until it reengages. Very disappointing considering what i paid for it.

Worst ever...

unless... you remove the restrictor.... then it is AMAZING
