I love this shower head. I’m so glad I brought two. They really are beautiful and fit neatly with my decor. I hand held feature is wonderful. I love it.

My husband needed a new shower head in his shower. This works perfect.

Disappointing

Hose wasn't as long as stated on package. Home Depot lady passed info to mfgr. and they sent a new hose which was long enough. So, problem solved, thanks Home Depot and Mfgr. In addition, amount of water pressure is grossly disappointing. They most be throttling pressure for some reason and I haven't yet taken it apart to see if I can modify it. Their design engineers really missed the mark on this one. The function of controls is stupid and an invalid cannot control the main showerhead at all. I paid almost $200. for this and could gotten the same functionality from a $50. unit.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I love that Wayfair has what I need at an affordable price.

The description implied that you could switch the water flow...

The description implied that you could switch the water flow from the fixed to the handheld head and back by using the button on the handheld head. You can’t. The flow is controlled from a valve/switch on the fixed showerhead.

I gave this a 4. It's not very strong so if you want a strong showerhead, this isn't for you. It meets our needs so I'm satisfied with our purchase

We like the convenience of the hand held shower head. We took the water saver component out so the pressure is much stronger.

I did not keep it. I returned, It did not have enough pressure,. I purchased another model (from Home Depot) which increases pressure by 200%

Works great, but...

Shower head works great. But if all the button settings are pressed down the water pressure gets weaker, and everyone in our house has no idea how to reset the little buttons for the water settings ??? Once they're pressed down we cant get them back up ? Is there something we are missing??

This unit is much nicer than I thought it would be. It is larger and just what I needed. My sister is who uses it, she is tall and needed the extended height this unit gives her.
