Nice faucet, but I question the price vs value

Very aesthetically pleasing. Did not have issues with splashing. Combination nut+wrench furnished with faucet is nice. Tailpiece is metal (not common) and has pop-up style drain.Faucet is very light compared to similar Hansgrohe faucets.

Splashes all over!!!

Bought 3 Delta Zura faucets for bathroom sinks and a Zura Roman tub faucet with handheld shower, all in matte black. Had sink faucets installed in August. It has been a nightmare since. Fortunately, tub faucet wasn’t installed. The rectangular spout/aerator on the Zura causes the water to splash on the faucet, counter, backsplash, and mirror. Not an installation problem because this happened in all 3 sinks. Just had all faucets removed and will return along with tub faucet. Installed new faucets with round aerators and Spot Shield/Defense/Resist in brushed nickel. No splashing whatsoever!

Water stain

I love the way this look. However, besides the water splashing everywhere, the water stain all over it, it is driving me crazy!!

Beautiful faucet, since my sink is very shallow I might use a taller faucet instead. This is such high quality, would love to use it though.

DELTA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I recommend trying to reach Customer Service before you buy any product from ANY company. If you want to talk to Delta customer service, the wait time is excruciating. I've waited 40 minutes before, and now the call I'm on gives an estimated wait time of one hour and 6 minutes. All the while the repeating recording says "Your call is important to us". Well, how important is it? Not only that, but I have an unresolved issue, was told to talk to a supervisor, Melissa, and now they won't let me talk to her. I will never buy Delta again.

Touchless faucet

Love the Delta touchless faucets!

I have this in chrome in one bathroom and black in the guest bathroom. The black is a touchless faucet and it works great. It is beautiful to look at and doesn't get hardwater spots. The chrome is just as beautiful, but I didn't want to go to the extra expense of a touchless model. I now wish I had done it as a touchless, since there is less water splashing around the touchless faucet, so it stays clean looking longer.
