Amazing quality

I've had these for almost a year now and I love them! They clean well and cook great! I got some protectors for in between them to prevent scratches and they should last forever!

They are too heavy. After I wash them and dry by themselves, they look dirty, so then before I use them I have to rinse them so I don’t feel I’m using a dirty one even they are clean.

Best pan set ever

These pans are amazing. They heat so evenly, hold amazing temperature, and easy to clean. All I have to do is add a little water and soap, let soak for a couple of minutes then they just clean right up. I will never buy the nonstick pans ever again. Best purchase I have ever made.

I decided I wanted to replace my much cheaper older cookware with a set that had better heat control. Stuff that is made in China can use lower grade steel and construction so i wanted a set made elsewhere. This is made in Belgium and is one of this company’s top lines. I’ve been using this for a month. I had researched several brands and chose this because of the 7-clad construction and reviews I’d seen in cooking forums. So far it is living up to its reputation. I’m able to cook on lower heat and reach desired temperature faster than with my previous cookware. Heating is even across the pan and even slight adjustments in heat show up immediately in whatever liquid is simmering or boiling. Clean up is easy. This is rated as dishwasher safe but they recommend hand wash. If you cook on medium heat, nothing sticks. The one negative is that it is heavy. You will get an upper arm workout using it. That said, I’m happy with the set —it’s definitely an improvement over my previous set and I suspect it will be the last set I buy because it is well built enough to last with recommended use and care.

Excellent cookware set. It lends a whole new experience to cooking that requires some getting used to, but the end results are exceptional.

Great pans but be very careful with the Handles

I recently made a rice dish in the large skillet. I never use this pan because it is large and heavy but needed the size for the

great set, still getting used to cooking with stainless steel and washing it since sometimes after washing their is residue or white spots despite washing them with only dish soap and following all the instructions to cook carefully

Updated kitchen with induction cooktop

We are new to induction cooking and find the Atlantis cookware to be OUTSTANDING! The pans are heavy as expected and heat lightening fast and cleanup beautifully!

Initial Review

We just received our set about a week ago, so this is a very early review, and I'll update it down the road. But so far, so amazing, well worth the backorder wait. We're still diving into using this set for everyday cooking and I'm impressed by the quick, even heating, and size selections of this set. This replaced a Zwilling ceramic non-stick set and so far cleanup has been as easy as those non-stick pans. Beyond that, the set just looks sharp, I wish I had a way to display them, they just look so great. We also have several large Le Creuset items and traditional cast iron, so the weight of this set isn't a big deal, and compliments the quality of those other items.

Best cookware I have ever used!

If you don’t think that quality cookware makes a difference I would recommend you try Demeyere Atlantis. It is incredible. The pans heat quickly and very evenly. The food on the outside edge of the skillet browns as evenly as the food in the middle of the pan. Saucepans heat very quickly and keep liquids hot and temp does not go down when you add additional food. Great for blanching vegetables, cooking pasta, etc. I did a stir fry in the saute’ pan, it cooked better than any wok I have ever used. I will be adding a saucier and an 8 qt stockpot to my 10 piece set in the near future.

Update: Yes they are heavy and are a premium price, but you get what you pay for and these are the best pots and pans you'll ever use. Beautifully even heat transfer and easy clean up. The "no rivet" feature is great. You"ll have them for life. After 2 years of heavy use, they are like new.

Awesome set

One amazing set of pots and pans. Even heating and browning, easy cleanup (no rivets inside the pan!). What a pleasure to cook with these pots.

Responsive, even cooking

Browns everything very nicely. Fast/responsive and very even heating. A dream compared with our last set of pans. We looked at everything out that and nearly everyone with experience said these are best. We agree.

After nearly 2 years of looking for the best cookware, I finally purchased this set. I am a "mom" cook with no gourmet skills . This cookware heats evenly and quickly. On my flat stovetop, I set the heat somewhat lower than with my previous cookware. The fry pans cook and clean as effortlessly as non stick. Over all cleaning is a breeze. Given the expense, I am following the use and care guidelines to the letter. The only downside to this set is the very heavy and awkward large fry pan. Of note, this whole set is heavy and if possible I would view it in a store prior to purchase. The weight is not for everyone.
