Great carpet, quick delivery, and easy installation

VERY Poor Quality Control

I used this carpet for a lower level home theater upfit. I have no problem with the carpet itself, color fidelity is excellent, appearance is good and it adheres well. HOWEVER, out of four boxes, one box contained a completely different pattern and does NOT match the other three boxes at all. (See photo) I was able to use some of it under a seating area and in a small passageway, but I have just had to order an additional box, hoping that it will match the original box. If you use this tile please open all boxes before installation commences, as I did not and the problem (of course) only showed up in the last box.

Factory quality control is the only thing missing

I would have gladly given this product 5 stars on the basis of design, ease of installation and quality/price. HOWEVER, the tiles we received were comprised of 4 different designs in a total of 5 boxes(cartons). Two of the tiles were 23” square and u usable. We ordered 80 sq Ft extra tiles so that we could replace tiles in the future, if necessary. Because of the different designs of the squares we were barely able to lay out our room in a way that looks professional and symmetrical. The leftover tiles are completely unusable and a waste of our money. Very disappointed in the manufacturer and the way these tiles are packaged.

Carpet tiles

I had these carpet tiles layed on my patio and they look great! Thankfully I had a meticulous installer. Although I ordered the tiles at the same time, the pattern was not cut uniformly which caused a lot of extra work for the person that did the installation

Simple install

The product went down with ease, and cutting straight lines was a breeze. Only time will tell how durable it will be, but thus far i'm pleased with the product.

Tried on stairs, did not stick like we would have hoped but could easily have been nailed down. Returned due to not liking the texture of the carpet . You could see every spec or dirt or hair .

Very easy to install. Looks great in our sunroom. Also, vacuums up nicely.
