I want to return for refund. I was under impression that returns were free. I am asked to pay more than 6.00 to return this item.
A little tight but beautiful
Love the look. The wood matches my kitchen cabinets. The only thing is that it said it included a template but did not!

Really sturdy paper towel holder. Functions nicely and the wood looks nice. Matches my spare bathroom decor. Was easy to hang too with hardware provided.

I tried three different rolls of paper towels, I could not get any inserted into the towel holder. I trimmed approximately 1/8" of both dowels and it now works!

The paper towel holder is very easy to put up. The wood is made of good quality.

The web site says itrem was delivered on the 13th of Jan. However it has not yet been drlivered. You need to check that
It worked perfectly in the spot I wanted it and matched my cupboards exactly.
VERY POOR DESIGN
It is cheaply made and the holder pins will not retract enough to insert a paper towel roll unless you are Superman or attach 2 tow trucks to the knobs. RETURNED!!!
I have not had the shed long enough to give a rating.Or anything else, but I would say that the whole process of purchasing and receiving the products was very good.

Terrible Design - Doesn't Work
The end caps don't pull back enough to get a standard paper towel roll on without crushing the end of the paper towel tube. It is a terrible design and we will be returning it.

The towel holder is nice but not the one I wanted. I wanted one that the rod went all the way through.
