Looks exactly as shown, but even nicer than I thought it would be from just seeing a picture. The glass is a nice and heavy piece of glass, not one of the cheap thin type. I would absolutely purchase again.

Pretty light; coordinates with Torino pendant

This 2-light semi flush mount light is perfect for our hallway and it coordinates with the 2-light pendant in the main hallway. It's easy to install and the snow glass creates a unique look with little white brush strokes. We used 60 watt 5000k bulbs.

The fixture is okay however, the glass shade is darker than the photo portrays. The photo shown has the bulbs illuminated. When the light is off the shade is not white. Otherwise it’s okay.

Glass shade not as pictured

I just received the ceiling mount and was surprised to see there was little white brush stokes all over the glass shade. I wasn't expecting that since the information on the HD site mentions nothing of it and you can't see it in the picture. The label on the box reads "Satin nickel with snow glass" so I guess that's how it should look. The model # 587824 also matches.. I haven't installed it yet, but am hopeful I will like it once up and lights are on. Fingers crossed! Overall I am giving the light a 4 because it looks nice, appearance is a 2 for me, due to the unexpected snow like appearance. Also - worth mentioning, lots of comments posted, and pictures are for a sconce.. which is not this item. Not sure what happened there..?
