Ok, so-so.
The seat cover fit ok. However, there is a strap on the back to tighten it to the seat. With very minimal effort and before pulling it completely tight, the stitching came apart and one side fell off.

Okay for closets
I purchased them mainly to use in closets in the guest rooms; it is very bright but if you have larger spaces you may need more than one. It looks a little cheap but it is functional.
Just what I wanted
Looks great, gives off tons of light, sleek appearance and very simple to install. I replaced a traditional hanging light bulb with this fixture in the bedroom closet.
