False Information - Don't buy it.
This product has false information on the website of the producer and the HD site matches it. The screws and mounting bracket are noted as concealed. The actual support for the ring has screw that go through it. I talked to the manufacturer and sent them pictures. They thought there was a part missing and sent me a new one. It was exactly like the first one. I returned both to the HD store. The Chinese manufacturer appears to have changed the manufacture of the part. Don't buy it. There are better looking ones available that have hidden mounting systems.

not as pictured
I ordered this towel ring because the picture shows 2 holes to screw through for installation, but the one they sent has a bracket with hex screw installation and those malfunction over time. Too bad.
Wrong picture
Beware! This product is not as pictured. It does not have hidden screws but has totally visible screws at top and bottom. The packaging shows the correct picture
