perfect height

love this tv stand. it's height is perfect since my bed is high and the shelves are perfect for everything i need to put on it

Good Quality TV Stand-Not Quick To Assemble!

I wish I knew the people who said this was easy to assemble...did not find that to be true for me...still have not attempted to put the doors on! The good news is that it looks great and is very sturdy..plenty of room for a cable box, dvd player and media...Good value at a great price but let someone else put it together if you are not "handy"!

Nice Stand with Cheap Parts

Good Buy for the Price

The unit arrived with damage to two of the shelves. I decided to assemble the unit and placed the two damaged shelves on the bottom. What you see is what you get! It looks just like the picture. I'm happy with it. I gave it a 3 stars because two shelves were damaged, yet there was no damage to the box.

Perfect

This holds my 32 inch flat screen perfect. I put it in my bedroom because lower TVs stands cause too much pain! This is perfect for its quality and price. It would have been 5 stars if the doors were not made of plastic! But Im satisfied with this product!

Good deal

Love the height of the stand . Much taller than most stands so I can see over the bed. Not handy at all and this was easy to put together. Shelves are sturdy and heavy. Attractive especially given the price.

Great TV stand at a reasonable price

A nice sturdy tv stand. Great alternative if you don’t want to mount your tv. Gives you plenty of space for DVDs, video games, etc. I’ll reluctantly admit that I’m one of the most mechanically inept persons you could ever meet and I had no problems assembling this stand. It really was easy!

I was so excited about receiving this item. I asked a friend to come over to help me put it together but had become anxious about seeing the finished project that I couldn't wait and decided to start it myself. Unfortunately after opening the box I was disappointed because most of the pieces were either broken or damaged! I am soooo disappointed in this. I can not see recommending this to anyone because of my experience and I know if it had not been a damaged product, I'm sure I would have loved it. I had fallen in love with it so much, I was going back to look at the picture of it while waiting for it to arrive.

This TV Stand is 36" high and I love it. Perfect for beds that are high. I can lay flat in bed and actually see my TV without sitting up higher. We did not add the 2 door cabinet because we wanted the shelves to be open. We turned the shelves that had the cut outs in them for the cabinet doors on the opposite side so you could not see them. It was so easy to assemble. No tools were required. Just screw in the legs between each shelf and finish it with the silver fasteners on the top shelf. This is a great stand. It comes with a cherry finish too if you don't want black.

The good: It came it a compact package. It was easy to assemble. It looks good. It holds the TV at a good high for watching on the bed. The shelves leave a lot of room to keep bulky items on them. It was relatively cheap. The not good: The doors on the bottom are molded thin sheet plastic. The hinges are very simple, and I'm going to have to be careful with them so that they don't break. The entire assembly will wobble if you bump it with something. I don't expect it to survive in a move. Overall: Great value if you need something simple and functional in smallish space. I would buy it again if I had a second chance.

Porch & Den Bywater Montegut TV Stand

The stand is just as it looks in the photo. Easy enough to assemble, except for the sides/back of the door area. I found it a bit difficult to get the back/sides into the slots. The stand overall is good and works perfectly for my 40" TV. The doors are plastic and a bit cheap looking, but at least they are on the bottom of the unit and not a focal poin. Tip: don't glue the top of the pegs until you are sure the pieces that go on top of the pegs fit correctly.

TV Stand

I searched for the TV stand online 1st...love that option. It was my 2nd choice but the better choice. I had the TV stand sent to out local Walmart and I picked it up from the store. We needed to replace the TV stand with one that was tall enough and sturdy enough to hold the TV and hoping it couldn't be easily toppled by the children. And it was a bonus that the directions were simplistic and it could be easily assembled. My son and I put it together fairly quickly, in less than a hour.

Re: Instructions

Everything is all together and looks really great. Very functional and if you want clean lines just drape cords along back of posts and it looks perfect. The only con is that it doesn't tell you when putting together, to put the center bottom piece on making sure the black edge faces forward. It's the human factor which was forgotten so I had to take it apart to the bottom and re-afix the center correctly. Hope this helps someone else. It is so nice I put it in our bedroom rather than the guest room as intended.

This 2-Shelf TV Stand is Awesome!

I purchased a Designs 2 Go High Boy TV Stand and it is excellent. It's exactly what I've been searching for to fit in the space where my tv sits and was very easy to put together (too less than 45 minutes). It's a great height from any place on our bed and fits perfectly in the space. The only complaint I have is that the doors are plastic! Plastic!! But, unless you touch them you don't know that their plastic. It holds all of our media equipment/accessories... dvd player, medium size basket of 5 remotes, cable box, dvds, roku, We love and wished it were available in chocolate or red for my son's room.
