Beautiful Kohler vanity sink

Sadly, it arrived in a number of pieces. Why wasn't it properly secured in styrofoam, padded plastic & the box properly taped up and secure? Every item I've ordered directly from Kohler is securely packaged and arrives intact. I re-ordered the sink from Home Depot in Honolulu after returning the broken one. The customer service staff were stunned by the poor packaging and broken item. I hope the next sink will arrive intact and ready to install.

Off-center logo

Is there no quality control here? This is meant to be a top-of-the-line product given its price. Yet the logo (underlined in red) is off-center (the shadow shows where the center is). It wouldn't be a big deal yet this is literally at the front of the sink, which I see whenever I use it. Why am I paying extra for quality if there unable to at least print a logo centered?

These sinks were delivered on time in perfect condition and look stunning. The color is crisp, the depth is nice and they look elegant.

No Template included!

Nice sink, easy to order online, was rapidly shipped without damage. But, beware, Kohler does not include a template with the sink. You, or your installer, will have to print it out from their website in DXF format. So, good luck with all that.

Simple elegance! Packaging could have been a lot better but it did arrive in one piece.

Easy online ordering

We recently purchased sinks using the build website on the advise of the local Ferguson store.

they are beautiful! came well packed. will look great with my new bathroom vanity top.

Love Wayfair for super-fast shipping and....even the plumbing supply houses around me couldn't get this sink quickly. Well-done Wayfair! Very careful packing meant not a chip in sight. Sink was in perfect condition.
