I purchased two of these faucets. They both continue to drip. Cannot stop the drip. Kohler is no help.

The product itself is fine, the service was very disappointing. We were in a bind with a project and we’re so grateful to find one day delivery with Wayfair. Throughout the order and confirmation process one day delivery was noted. The morning after my order, the expected delivery day, I was dismayed to receive an email advising me the product was on the way and would arrive on Friday, not Tuesday as expected, which would delay our entire project. Wayfair was not helpful with its information, although expected delivery was moved to Wednesday which was workable. However, then Fed Ex, which continually advised delivery by the end of Wednesday, sent the product to the wrong transit center. I do not know if a Wayfair error caused that. The product finally arrived Thursday afternoon and we managed to reschedule workers. However, I will not trust Wayfair again.

High quality and great looks. You need to be proficient at soldering plumbing for this installation but overall it’s not very difficult. I got the hi flow valve set and it fills the tub in half the time.

These leak and are difficult 2 repair

these develop leaks at each handle at the top in a short period of time and require replacing expensive cartridges inside ea. Faucet handle. We have five bathrooms and all five leak, the hots, worse than the cold.
