Sent chrome instead on black

Job was already delayed waiting on this to come in and they sent the wrong color terrible service

Well worth the price I like the matte black color

The matte black spout with diverter matches the Moen trim kit & delta shower head perfectly. The diverter works well too. Only down side was it took nearly a week to arrive.

Beautiful and functional

This is a nice diverter spout. It is simple and easy to install. Make sure to measure your current divirter first. I did not and wound up adding an extension. This is not the fault of Symmons, this was my mistake. It took a pair of channel locks to get my old diverter off. Some use a set screw and some do not. Mine did not. It just screwed onto the pipe. This one is the same. No set screw, it just screws on. As far as functionality, it worked perfectly. I like the color and it is very sturdy. I never felt like I might bend or dent it.

NICE LONG SPOUT

This tub spout seems to be well built and has a good matte black finish on it. I think its made from pot metal which is Ok if your water is soft, as hard water will eat away at pot metal fairly quickly. I like that its longer than most spouts ,but the problem I had is that it doesn't fit on the pipe coming out of my tub. So it looks like I'll have to add a piece of pipe with a 1/2 male pipe thread on the end to make it work with my plumbing. Nice spout but not usable with my current set up,something you want to take into consideration before purchasing.

I ordered this product and upon opening the package it was nickel finish. Instead of the matte black finish.
