assembled incorrectly

its bigger than expected, drawers were assembled backwards and the packaging was forever long. nice for a starter but will not be purchasing any other pieces of the set. a little overwhelming and overpriced

The original bedroom set we ordered took over 10 months and we still hadn't received the order so we cancelled that order and went with this set which was in stock. We actually like this set better than the original one we had ordered. This set looks heavy duty but isn't "heavy". We like the rough look. The night stand was bigger than we expected but that's ok it's a little like having a small dresser. I gave it 4 stars only because, with anything, there's always room for improvement.

Product as advertised, delivered before expected date. A few small plastic pieces on drawer slides broken, but drawers opening/closing not impacted. Very pleased with price, product, ordering process, and delivery. Very positive experience in a time when most are falling short.

This dresser is exactly how I imagined. Real wood & well put together

It’s not quite as rustic as it looks in the pictures, but still a solid, sturdy chest. Had a gash in it from shipping and the company was super responsive and offered 3 options to appease me. Happy with the purchase.

Our chest arrived with the box destroyed and the top piece loose missing a nail. The same piece was also scratched up. . We also ordered a dresser from this same collection and the delivery man wouldn’t even unload it from the truck due to so much damage.

Chest fits in with my decor

It was pretty badly built. Back of chest was coming undone. We had to pound in all of staples and tighten all the screws. The drawers do not sit evenly. There were two nails sticking out of the front of one section. There was damage on the front of chest. We understand the wood used was cast off stuff, but, nonetheless, the craftsmanship was very poor. Obviously returning this would be very difficult and not really an option. We will cut our loses and stick it in a closet. It definitely is not worth the price. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
