Bad Customer Service/Delivery Issue

I have not received the ottoman so I cannot rate it. This order was a total fiasco. The system changed the delivery site from Michigan to Maryland and when I tried to cancel, I now find out that it is going to Oregon. So much for trying to be proactive to stop a shipment. Kohl's .com is a joke and all the customer service personnel that I have talked to are ineffective. So now I have to wait an additional 30 days for a refund as I have already waited over 20 days. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The bench is beautiful and well made. Came quickly. The gray is a rich leather color as depicted. I added higher legs to make it it more suitable for our space. Now we can sit on it and it’s not too low for us.

I love this ottoman for storage. It is very attractive and holds all the “stuff” you don’t know where to put. With no attic or basement in our home, ANY storage space is so valuable. I’m not sure what I would do without it. It is heavy and solid. I would recommend.

Well made and good size. The only concern I have encountered is that whatever you set on it from the heel of your foot (it’s a foot rest in our house) to a book leaves and indention on top of the ottoman. Seems odd to me.

The first one I ordered was perfect. The second ottoman had a hinge that would not function and because of that it tore the lining on the inside. I just removed the non functioning hinge and am using it with one hinge only.

The ottoman is exactly as shown. It's a good size and fits many blankets inside. The only issue I have is that the faux leather is thinner than I would like. I worry that over time it will start to deteriorate

Gorgeous. Not too wide. Using as out living room ottoman with our reclining power loveseat. Using it to hold blankets.

We purchased this as a gift for our son snd daughter in law. It looks great in their family room. Our granddaughter is starting to pull herself up and begin walking. The ottoman replaced their coffee table, to keep her safe. We all love the way it looks, and keeps the baby safe.

The one star is for the ottoman itself. It is a typical ottoman, however IT STINKS INSIDE THE STORAGE COMPARTMENT! We cannot get the smell out, it is an awful 'organic' smell (if you know what I mean...) and the one blanket that I put in it, I can't get the smell out of it now. I have tried everything, the smell is still there. Charlotte at Wayfair was very attentive and helped me with a small discount on the product, however it is too difficult to return. So beware of the nasty smell inside this storage ottoman.

Our fault for not reading the description, but the storage ottoman is not as tall as we expected when we ordered it. However, the height ended up being perfect! We ordered this to put at the end of our taller than average bed, so the dog could get up and down easier and more safely. Storage is handy for extra sheets and blankets too.

Looks beautiful, item is as described and true to photos. Very easy to assemble, just need to screw the legs on. Once the top is open, it stays open until you close it (does not slam shut) which is a good feature for little kids.

I wish the lid on this storage ottoman could open a full 90 degrees, but beyond that it works perfect for blanket and linen storage at the end of the bed and as a step for our toddlers and dogs to use when getting up and down off of the master bed. Padding on top is also comfortable as a seat.

I like the bench. I would prefer if the hinge would not allow the open top to rub the wall. So as it rubs the wall (because kids dont care) that it will tear the covering andor scratch the wall. Nice size. Purchased to store the throws blankets when comfy in family room.

The overall appearance and functionality it great! . The problem comes with the legs! The bolts to attach the legs are too short to reach the receptacles in the box! So two do not attach well and two do not stay on at all! This is something that needs to be addressed! A piece of furniture whose legs fall off is an issue!
