Love the look. Had some difficulty putting it together because the holes didn’t line up exactly. Left the legs a little loose and that helped a lot. After top was installed we finished tightening the legs.

The storage bench is lovely, not very heavy but appears sturdy enough and was easy to assemble. The bench itself is 4.5 stars, but the reason for the less than stellar review is Angi’s project service. I ordered the bench for my 88-year-old mother, who lives in a very rural area, and we live 2 hours away so having someone assemble it for her was well worth the $89. Then reality hit. Getting a service person was apparently not possible in her area. They scheduled the appointment 3 times, rescheduled twice before finally canceling. She waited patiently, rearranged her schedule each time. Once they notified me that they had to cancel—after the 3rd no-show—I had to go online to request a refund including attaching the invoice. It was tedious but not difficult for me, but there is no way a person with minimal technical skills like Mom could have managed it. Under the circumstances, the refund should have been automatic and not require additional steps by the purchaser. Beyond that, a quick look at the service address should have signaled to Angi’s that they would have difficulty finding a contractor and given us a heads up BEFORE we paid so we could decide whether or not to use the service.

Well built bench that’s easy to put together. I ordered the black bench this time. My first bench was brown, for we liked the style and quality so we decided to order another color. Perfect fit for a queen size bed. Bench has great hideaway storage plus convenient shoe rack on bottom.

We are very happy with the look and quality of this bench. It was easy to put together, even though directions were missing. That would be my only issue. I really like how the lid remains open until you push it down...no smashed fingers. It's very sturdy and beautiful to look at.....a great addition to our home.

OMG, very Functional and Attractive

Our new mattress and frame are too high to sit on (to finish getting dressed). So we bought this bench to go on the end of our bed. Voila! We placed this bench at the end of our foot board. Perfect complement to our bedroom set and so functional!! Easy to put together with the help of Jim Beam ;) Sorry I can't upload a photo....the file size is too large and I don't know how to change it :(
