The tile is fine, equal to most tile. The purchase was a problem, but I don't know who exactly is to blame for that. The delivery and customer service scores below are due to the fact that I received notices that said the delivery would be later than promised, that my attempt to cancel the order was rejected, that the tile would only two days too late for my job ... and finally, the tile was delivered two days before the last promised date. I got this tile all over my living room area when I bought from builders I love it the way they install and I’m ordering more tile cuz I like to install in my 2 downstairs bedroom also I have carpets in both room and it’s been 3 years so let me see if I can Reordered this tile.
