Looks Great!

Looks great. No installation problems. Bit pricey compared to other LVT. But I wanted the look of slate.

Never received our order

We placed our order for 15 cases on 2/7/2024 while the website stated there were over 200 items in stock, we have followed up numerous times online & in person, at first they said there was a distributor issue not getting their orders, then they shipped 15 tiles (2 1/2 cases) to store, we showed up to pick it up and had to explain it was wrong - additionally the 2 1/2 cases were only 12 tiles versus the 14 tiles this website descriptions show (which would result in us being shorted sq. ft.).

Poor Quality

I spent thousands to have these floating floor tiles professionally installed. After a few weeks when the title to tile connections began to fail my contractor said this was a bad product and to rip it up and start over. I cannot afford to do this job again so i'm forced to live with these tiles that pop up wherever we walk.

Great flooring option

Love this flooring. I got a number of samples in and went with this one. It was a great choice especially for the price. It was easy to install, and is really soft to walk on (especially in comparison to the concrete that is underneath).

Failing after 1.5 years

We purchased this flooring in store in April 2021 and had our contractor install it as part of a complete kitchen remodel. Despite professional installation and appropriate care, the flooring is failing and buckling along several seams. This creates a trip hazard and now we are faced with the prospect of replacing our kitchen floor less than two years after it was installed. Loved the look but absolutely would not recommend.

I enjoyed using the product. It set well. Seems to hold up very well.

Exactly what we were looking for

This floor is beautiful and seems incredibly durable. The color pulls grey/beige depending on lighting/wall color and there are many varying patterns. You must be meticulous when installing this (and any) click lock flooring. Mind the seams, be sure to wiggle each tile in to place correctly and lock them together securely before moving on to the next. Use a rubber furniture mallet along the entirety of the end seams listening for the “snap” to ensure they have snapped together firmly.

Nice Feel Underfoot!

This LV Plank Flooring feels so nice on bare feet! We installed it in our bathroom and it is great!

While one review I read advised strongly against this product I would recommend it. Yes, it was a bit trickier than some vinyl planks to put down, needed more rubber mallet pounding to set in place but it really wasn't bad in my opinion. The clincher for me is how great it looks in my guest bath, and feels great to walk on!

Wil ruin your day

Expensive and useless. Tiles do not stay together. These are sold elsewhere with many different names. If you search the sku or serial you will find reviews for these. Try something else.

This click/lock LVT was fairly easy to install as a DIY and has a great finished look. Installed directly over existing builder grade sheet vinyl floors

We are installing this tile in a home my son lives in. When installed it has the appearance of concrete, which is exactly what he wanted. I am very pleased with this purchase.
