Only complaint is several boxes had damaged corners.for multiple pieces of flooring. I would recommend looking for all the damaged pieces first. Then use the damaged pieces first for your "cut" areas. That will ensure you have enough to cover your installation with all the left over good pieces.

The product was awesome, but it takes awhile to get it, and the correct transition strips/endcaps did not show when they were supposed to. When the flooring finally did come, there were 2 damaged boxes. We took them and had to sort them out so we could finally get the project completed.

Scratches very easy

Looks great but not as durable as stated, slightly slid a bucked and it left marks, hen let dogs run around while we where in the room and got a ton of scratches, overpriced for the quality

Quality Product

I love this flooring installed in a cottage bathroom. Cottage is old so matches weathered look of rest of cottage. Everyone who has seen it loves it also. Contractor said was easy to install. There were some broken corners as stated in previous reviews but contractor was able to work around them and also did not have hard time making a nice color pattern with the pieces.

This product is beautiful, but hard to work with. It is brittle and the corners chip easily making a lot of waste. A lot of pieces came chipped at the corners, but we dealt with it. It was the hardest to install of any flooring my husband has worked with, but again, it is really nice when finished. He installed it in waves, not staggered like in the photo. I love it!

Deeply Disappointed

I purchased this for my kitchen floor in early 2022. It arrived on a pallet and the packaging was decent. Pieces of dense foam surrounded the planks. There were some chipped corners and pieces broken out of the tongues and grooves but I was able to arrange the boards in such a way to compensate. It looked nice... Then in late 2023 I decided to order a couple more cartons to replace a section that got scratched up by the mobile dishwasher. I was disappointed when I saw that they had changed their packaging and got rid of the foam protectors. One box was gouged and I could see the product was damaged through the giant hole in the side of the box so I returned it (I had ordered it ship to store this time). I was even more disappointed when I got the other box home and discovered the planks were narrower than the original ones. They still seemed to attach to the old boards, I thought, but now I had to replace the entire row and adjust the rest of the floor from that point forward. Within a few days the planks started separating which led to peeled back, bent, and broken vinyl. So much damage, I have to wear shoes in the kitchen to avoid foot injuries. I am so disgusted with this product.

The blue color was not as bright on the product as in pictures, but very happy otherwise.

Love the flooring, but also some was broken in the boxes, but overall love the design and everything about it and easy to install

It makes a great accent floor:) this is my only room with it.

Disappointed in color

The tile was great but there is actually no blue coloring just off shades of gray, looks more blue in picture than when you get it, so be careful picking ahead of time out furnishings and decor for a room based on the blue, there's no real blue in the flooring.

Assortment disappoints

It's a good product but the beautiful sample picture is mostly the coastal blues, while the actual boxes I got were mostly grey and darker blue, so it looked more like a farmhouse than beachouse.

Overall I'm very happy with the flooring. While the colors are not quite as bright and vibrant as they appear in the photos it still looks good. Shipped fast. Only 2 damaged pieces we were able to cut and use anyway.
