Horrible packaging for shipment!! All 5 boxes of tiles were useless since all chipped and couldn’t interlock! Plus I lost money paid to contractor that had come out to lay the tiles!

I have not opened the boxes yet, but from what I can see and feel the quality is excellent. I know that Shaw Industries has an outstanding reputation in the industry and I don't expect any problems.

Aesthetically this is 5 STARS, durability is in question. It how now been installed for two months and EVERYTHING scratches it. I would advise against this particular type if you have dogs or children. It was a poor choice for a high traffic application.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not buy from this company!! Deceptive practices. Once you place your order and you check the link on your order receipt to verify color is correct, specifications etc., you do not get what is showed. You are told that you ordered another color that basically your link to verify your order means nothing! Then when you try to dispute this they want to charge you over $200.00 return shipping for the mistake. The site is deceptive. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was not aware of all the horrible reviews of this company till IT WAS TOO LATE. NOT TO MENTION WRONG ORDER ALSO CAME LATE. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UPDATE A PREVIOUS REVIEW THAT WAS GOOD SIMPLY BECAUSE I DID NOT WAIT TILL THE ACTUAL PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. BIG MISTAKE!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD.

We liked the look of this flooring, but sadly had to return it because six boxes arrived very badly damaged. I hope they start to ship in extra packaging because there was very little to get it to my house with care, which is why they came opened, exposed and chipped and broken. You can't install broken click lock flooring. Sorry Wayfair that you missed it on this item. We will buy flooring from a local home and tool store.
