Love this rug! It is a nice balance between plush and patterned…with just enough cream and darker gray to keep it from appearing dirty in heavier traffic areas. So soft and stylish! Recommend!

Returned rug due it being defective. Rug has large area pile was way too long you walk on and other areas were scalped. Un able to walk on carpet due yo uneven pile. I was charged to send it back.

Love this rug! No shedding so far. I don’t have much of an issue vacuuming it. Feels nice to walk on. My oldest son loves to lay on it.

I only ordered 1 rug. The other one needs to be picked up. I don’t know how this happened. I can’t afford 2 rugs. Please let me know what to do. Thank You! Leslie P.

It’s ok. The only thing I don’t like is that the pile is different lengths. Each color is a different length some short and so long, which makes vacuuming challenging. It does loose some of the long pieces now and then.

Nice and soft rug, colors are spot on…cream and gray with some darker spots. It’s not as plush as I thought it would be and it’s interesting how the gray parts are actually a different material such that it is lower shag than the cream. Some may not like this but it does add visual interest. Overall I like it and decided to keep it.

Beautiful rug! I was hesitant to order because I I like to see my rugs in person, but I’m so glad I ordered it. It’s exactly what I wanted. High quality and good price!

On one end of the rig, the fibers were so unevenly cut that it looks like a child’s bad haircut.

This rug is awful. Its 99% white and extremely rough and abrasive. Feels very cheap compared and is nothing like the picture and description indicate. Furthermore, Wayfair's customer service is awful. They don't help in the event of a product falling short of expectation.

FANTASTIC rug!! 1 bought the 9×67-ish size. It does slide, laid flat in under an hour, feels luxurious!! Everyone compliments it! Exactly what I was hoping for!

I love this area rug. The colors are very pretty. Very soft and so fluffy. You wont be disappointed. A similar area rug at the furniture store was double this price. Great deal!

This is a fabulous purchase. Really attractive and comfy on feet. I get compliments on it all of the time. Wears well. My dog Carrie’s her treats to it and it looks like new. Highly recommend

I bought two area rugs. One was 100 and the other was 300.  This was originally over 1000. I don’t normally spend that much on a rag. The colors are nice and the texture is nice, but I get more compliments on the rug I bought for 100. It just didn’t have the “wow” factor I was expecting. 

I absolutely love my rug. It’s better than I anticipated however, I’m giving you all a warning! Be very careful when you unpack and lay out your rug. Within an hour of having this rug opened a scorpion crawled out of the shag! It was my cat that alerted me to this, and could have been stung. Just beware!

We've had this rug a little over a year in a high-traffic area. It looks as good as it did when it arrived! The marbled colors also hide dirt well and we've spot-cleaned it numerous times with no residual fading. It's easy to vacuum with the suction set at it's highest setting away from the rug. Definitely recommend.

I love this rug! It took me forever to order it because I was so hesitant to buy such a large item without seeing it first, but I am so happy I finally did. It’s a beautiful mix of dark gray, light gray and white and the design is so pretty. I didn’t need any kind of mat for underneath, it lays flat and isn’t slippery on the floor underneath. I love the different textures and heights of the rug in this design. If you’re on the fence like i was, go for it- you won’t be disappointed.

I’m obsessed with this rug. All the different pile heights make it so unique. To tell you the truth this rug saved my cats life lol! He was on the counter and a candle caught his tail on fire and he jumped down to the rug which extinguished the fire. The rug wasn’t damaged at all! It’s so cozy and apparently I was destined to have it!

I was so hesitant to buy this but after seeing it in person!!! Whoooo I fell in love! And bought 2 more matching pieces! Haha Buy it! It really is even more beautiful in person! Just wanted to note that the white in the rug is cream, not a white. Just for matching purposes.

I bought this rug for the tv room of my home. My 5 year old loves sitting on the floor, so I wanted something plush and soft for him to lie on. It looks like the picture. The white sections of the rug are thick and soft but the grey sections are are thinner and shorter, not as soft. But it’s beautiful and looks great in our home. Because of the different shades of grey I don’t have concerns about it getting dirty which is good.

Although this rug has great quality, it is not what I had expected. There is way more white than I wanted - white is definitely the main color with some gray and very little dark color added. I was expecting at least half and half, so it does not match the area at all. Also, it is the 50/50 height, which I did not see listed anywhere. I do not like the feel of that type of shag rug - wanted only the shag. Very disappointed as I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect rug and besides it being the right size and great quality, there is really nothing else I like about it.
